Keep these points in mind when collecting and redeeming Engel rewards.
- Every RM1 spent earns 1 EngelStar Point.
- New and existing customers receive 400 welcome points with their first eligible service appointment under the EngelStar programme.
- Refer a first-time customer and both you and your friend receive 400 EngelStar Points after their first completed service. Your friend also earns the usual points from that service.
- Points are awarded on valid balances for existing packages, promotional offers and gift vouchers.
- Package points are credited session by session as each treatment is used.
- Points may be redeemed for à la carte spa services listed in the Spa Menu, according to each service's redemption value.
- Points expire after 365 consecutive days of account inactivity.
- Another person may redeem points with the account holder's consent.
- Valid, non-expired Engel Spa RM100 vouchers will continue to be honoured.
- EngelStar Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
