Appointments

All treatments are by appointment only. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

Health disclosure

Please let us know about any allergies, medical conditions or pregnancy before your session. Spa treatments do not replace professional medical care.

Promotions

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Expired promotions are not honoured.

Voucher returns

Voucher return requests are considered case by case. Please contact Engel Spa with the voucher code, security code, offer name and purchase date so the team can review the request.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing can take longer when coordination with an external merchant or payment provider is required.
